Caneggs’ Whole Egg Powder is the complete reduction of an entire Canada Grade A chicken egg, everything except the shell. The insides are whipped and dehydrated by spray drying the liquified egg in an evaporating kiln. This dehydration process pasteurizes eggs and leaves behind a flavourful yellow powder which is easily portioned and thus more convenient to use in baking and cooking. Caneggs‘ Whole Egg Powder has a long shelf life (one year) and does not require refrigeration which makes it ideal for camping and emergency preparedness.
