Raspberry Protein Shake Recipe

High protein raspberry smoothie containing egg white powder

Raspberries are often described as being both tart and sweet and that makes them perfect taste partners for Canegg’s Egg White Protein Powder. Raspberries contain potassium and other minerals and compounds like Omega-3 fatty acids which are proven to lower blood pressure and can help prevent heart disease. The fruit also contains Manganese, an element necessary for healthy bones and skin and which helps regulate blood sugar.  Fresh raspberries fluff-up into thick, silky beverage when blended with orange juice, Greek yogurt, and egg white protein powder.

            People Who’ve Made This

Tried CanEggs powder with my morning shake, and it enhanced my protein intake, no after taste. Prompt delivery, and the best of all, that it’s a Canadian product. I have been buying Dried Egg Whites from CanEggs for the last year and a half.  I make my own protein drink and it turns out really great.”
